Ukuleles are fun for young and old, and its small size makes it a great instrument for young beginners. Classes teach music fundamentals and skills that naturally transfer to guitar when students are ready to move into our guitar program. Lots of play, games and musical fun! (30 minute weekly class)

Is your child an aspiring rock star? If so, your child will love this class! Students will learn the fundamentals of music through fun and games, proper technique, note-reading, rhythm, simple chord progressions and introductory skills needed to begin rocking out on the guitar. Guitar Intensive is for beginning students, ages 11 & up. This class will cover proper technique, note reading, rhythm strum patterns, chord progressions and improvisation to learn popular hits. Intermediate/advanced students objectives: proper technique that builds finger dexterity and strengthens fingers, start to explore finger picking rhythms and more advanced techniques, weekly theory review, ear training to lay the foundation for learning to figure out songs independently, basics of soloing and lead guitar playing. (60 minute weekly class)

Students as young as 3 1/2 can start in our first beginning Suzuki program. Vivo Violin-Viola focuses on instrumental technique, ear-training, note reading, and core Suzuki fundamentals through our specialized curriculum and a whole lot of fun!
